Aside from the loud parties, there's constant trash piling up outside their door, and then they boast about caring for the environment, claiming to be surfers... They want to sell you the surf lifestyle and connection with nature just a block from the ocean, but let all the trash blow away. All they care about is making money off the connection to the sea, thanks a lot... keep ruining the place.
