They don't allow service animals. They don't provide soap, shampoo, or towels (even though we rented the loft for the blue dollar in cash). They never did the cleaning service that was supposedly included every day. (They made us leave the keys outside the door, but they didn't even change the trash bag after four nights!!!) This is how you can hear the music coming from the loft every afternoon/evening when there are events. If you want to enjoy an early morning, go see the sunrise, do yoga, or surf, this is not the place. If it's cold, bring blankets; they don't have extras, and the house is FREEZING. If it rains, it floods through the door. It's not worth the price compared to the service/quality.
