I’m a nomad, been traveling 3 years. Spend your money elsewhere. Only after I booked did they tell me due to construction that I must arrive walking or on moto. I responded and told them that’s not possible because I have too much luggage. This also means leaving would only be possible via moto/walking unless I waited until 5pm to leave once the road opened daily in the evening. That’s quite an important detail. They told me they couldn’t refund me because I chose a non-refundable fair. However withholding crucial information like this until after the sale is against Brazilian law. They offered me alternative places to stay but the reviews were worrisome and I declined. They partially-refunded my friend who is Brazilian but not me (a foreigner). It’s a shame a business would operate in this way and also have such little awareness for common courtesy and the law. Stay away from this business. They don’t deserve your good energy.
