The venue itself is well-organized and very beautiful. I went to the 3030 show yesterday, my favorite band, and paid $150 for the ticket, but there wasn't a single clean, physical bathroom. Only portable toilets. I believe a venue that charges $600 for New Year's Eve parties would have enough money to invest in bathrooms for the people attending the events. Gin costing $32 was served in a plastic cup, but the picture shows it in a glass (misleading advertising). It leaves much to be desired; I feel they only care about profit and not the well-being of the customer. The flyer said the band would start at 6 PM, but it only started at 1 AM. Six hours late, more misleading advertising, and pure encouragement to consume. I observe that the venue is very profit-driven, just like many places in Florianópolis in the summer! I enjoyed the show already very tired, and there was no more water to buy. I will hardly go to an event at The Search House again. I spent an absurd amount of money and the company didn't deliver what they promised. Disappointed!
