The hostel's structure and concept of sharing moments and spaces are nice, but the hospitality towards guests leaves much to be desired, hindering the harmonious atmosphere it aims for. Furthermore, the staff were not very receptive to suggestions for improvement during the stay. On the contrary, they seemed to reinforce the lack of hospitality. Finally, the cleanliness is very poor. In 7 days of staying in a shared room and bathroom with more than 6 people, the room was only cleaned once and the bathroom twice. Towels and bed linens had a minimum waiting period before a change could be requested.
