Our favourite hostel in South America so far - beautiful shady garden that backs on to the beach, amazing big swimming pool that is cleaned daily, big kitchen with dining table that is great to socialise at, homey living room to watch Netflix, great dog and even lizards that roam in the garden. We ate at the restaurant too; the poke bowl was delicious. We stayed in a private room which was well worth it as we could hear the ocean as we went to sleep. If I had one suggestion for improvement: down the end of the garden next to the skateboard ramp would be a great place to have a small outdoor gym - eg pull up bar, bench press, etc. Would definitely love to come again!
