I tried calling the physical number several times to inquire about a reservation, and they simply didn't answer the phone. After numerous attempts, they responded via WhatsApp with irony and in a rude manner, as if they didn't need guests to maintain the hostel. I immediately cancelled my stay and looked for another place where I would receive better service.
