The staff at The Search House did an amazing job in creating a welcoming environment for travels around the world to connect, and engaged us in activities even during rainy days. They encourage environmentally friendly practices by assigning each visitor a reusable cup, and by encouraging things like recycling and short showers. The hostel is right on the beach, so we started enjoying the sun, sand, and ocean after our free breakfast every day. I tried the pizza and burgers from their kitchen and they were suuuuper tasty (strong caipirinhas too!). There’s a lot to enjoy, even on rainy days here like ping pong, Netflix on their big screen, board games and video games, local hikes, and skateboarding on their quarter pipe. I heard the beach the hostel is on is around 11 km long - it has really clean water and sand and is great for long walks. Thank you to the Search House staff for excellent service!
