One night the air conditioning wasn't working (in a room for 10 people with unbearable heat) and there were no fans or mosquito nets on the windows. | The bathroom was dirty all 5 days we were there (the sink was clogged with hair) and the room was too. | The day we arrived, in the afternoon we wanted to have a drink and the supposed "bar" was closed (it was closed most nights; if it had specific hours, they didn't tell us). The worst part is that even though the bar wasn't open, you couldn't bring alcohol from outside without paying a corkage fee. | We spoke to reception twice about the problems and didn't get any response. | The location is good, but the poor service makes it not worth it.
