I stayed here for a few weeks and honestly, it was a great experience. The house is in a super convenient part of El Poblado—quiet enough to relax but close to everything you need. Tons of cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms are just a short walk away. You really get the best of both worlds. The space itself is clean, stylish, and cozy. I loved the big kitchen and open common areas—they make it easy to meet people without feeling crowded. The balconies are a nice touch too, which is perfect for getting some work done outside (when the weather cooperates). The rooms are great, spacious and have a dedicated workspace. The housekeeper (Doris - a superstar!) is on top of keeping everything sparkling clean and stocked. One of the highlights was the community. Estefania, the house manager, is amazing—really welcoming and on top of everything. There were always enjoyable casual events or activities created with input from the people in the house, so it was easy to make connections and learn more about the city. She is also always quick to help when things need to happen around the house. A couple of small things to keep in mind: • The street outside is fairly quiet, but if you are a light sleeper might still hear some city noise or nearby construction depending on the day. • Wi-Fi was recently updated and works very well in all locations. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking to get work done, meet cool people, and enjoy Medellín. I’d definitely stay here again.
