The house is a really lovely space, super productive work environment but also very social. The neighbourhood is great - everything you need on your doorstep. Estefania is incredible - super welcoming, helpful and creates a very fun vibe! My only advice would be to bring ear plugs to sleep, the outside can get a bit noisy with construction in the day and noise from bars/nightlight in the evenings :)
