This is the kind of experience so many of my friends and I had prior only dreamed of. Lovely time here! It's THE perfect spot for a digital nomad; tons of great restaurants walkable and lots of travelers nearby. If you're also visiting to learn Spanish, there are a lot of schools right around the corner too. The house was extremely clean and everything was well thought-out. I had great Wi-Fi in the house, although in my room it was a bit spotty and got glitchy on a call so had to move to a conference room in the house to finish. That night, they replaced it and it worked very smoothly right away the next day on all my calls (and no one else had the issues I did.) I did have a bit of an ant problem in my room (a few people said they did) and I expect this is sort of unavoidable for the area. I had never done co-living before and had had my eye on this place for awhile. I'm so glad to say it exceeded my expectations. It was incredible to have people to hang out with when you wanted to and wave as you come and go, and also to be able to have your privacy when you needed to focus. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming that even after people moved out, they still hung out with the group and we kept in touch. There were public spaces to work and even a conference room, and there were desks in each of our rooms for private meetings. And things were well thought out, like in the kitchen everyone had a labeled shelf and shelf in the fridge so it was clear whose was whose. If I had to recommend anything be improved, I'd say I wish the laundry hours were more flexible (you have to wait until like 4pm to start) but I appreciate it's probably because the people who keep the house so clean need it prior. I only stayed for a week but wish I could have stayed much longer. When i went on to other cities, I missed it. Oh and it looks EXACTLY like the posted photos on their website!
