Incredible coworking spot. Ricky the manager was so helpful to make sure that we had everything we could possibly need for a perfect work experience. The internet was fast and reliable. There is a bar / restaurant next door to Flamingo which is handy for quick meals if you need to get back to work. There is also a Spanish school associated with Flamingo too, I got lessons of Paulo Yepes who greatly helped me to improve my Spanish. Paola is a fantastic teacher of Spanish, in the space of 4 - 6 weeks my brother and I went from having 0 Spanish to being conversational. Paola teaches in Spanish but sometimes the lesson will also cover little bits of Colombian culture and recommendations for places to visit in Colombia too. The lessons are always really engaging and fun too. One of the evenings me and few other students were invited to Paola’s house where we made arepas together, all the while learning Spanish. I couldn’t recommend Paola as a teacher any more highly! I'd recommend Flamingo to anyone who wants to go to a coworking spot in Santa Marta.
