Review of Flamingo Coworking

Loved this place. Fast internet … 35+ Mbps at 3pm, not terribly busy. Nice quiet crowd of professionals, good free coffee and decent reasonably priced menu. Only $15k for day use in shared workspace area. $40k for a private office.
