Families here with older teenagers or young adults, around 18 years old.. this one is for you 🤙🔥 With Punta La Barca, we are organizing a 6-week immersion travel this July–August. Something truly special, if I may say so myself.. 🤗❤️ Expect a small group of international, Ecuadorian, and Belgian (my nationality) young people. They help alongside us 4 half days per week (daily community life, making empanadas, guiding children, English–Spanish language exchange, maintaining the food forest, the Punta La Barca project, animals, building, keeping the fire going..). The rest of the time is free for them to fill in themselves (chilling at the beach, kite/surfing, learning Spanish, exploring together, whale watching, studying online, playing football with the fishermen, yoga..). It’s an experience that goes far beyond “just traveling.” It’s freedom in its purest form, and collaborating within a culture that breathes community. And feeling that across all those cultures, nationalities, and social classes, we are simply connected in the shared act of building something meaningful together. It is also the ideal environment for young people to step away from their usual routine, slow down, and allow themselves to be inspired.
