ENGLISH: |We recently stayed in a ground-floor apartment at this property and had a terrible experience.||The only positive thing is the beachfront location, but everything else was a nightmare. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent, the walls were covered in mold, and the apartment smelled of damp. The air inside didn't circulate, making the environment stuffy and unhealthy.||The mosquito nets were broken, making it impossible to keep the windows open without being infested with insects. The sheets were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken, adding another layer of discomfort to our stay.||The photos on the booking website were completely misleading, showing only the apartments on the upper floor, which are clearly better. This is a clear attempt to scam customers.||We asked the owner for a refund, but were only offered another equally squalid apartment on the ground floor. He wouldn't listen to reason and refused to refund us the four nights we booked, only refunding us the first night. His lack of availability and arrogance in dealing with our complaints were unacceptable.||In summary, avoid this establishment. The location is not enough to compensate for the terrible condition of the apartment and the attitude of the landlord.
