We are working hard this summer, owing to a sweet collaboration with the folks @ecovitafoundation. Our mission is to design and curate a space, specially for you. It is time to take #Platform1 to another level this season. All of you who connected with us last year has given us a strong purpose in this world, where we imagine more nature-centric spaces— designed to heal— designed to help you function at your best. In our search for a home of OUR own, a base site which is truly ours to make decisions for, we reached a 300- year old abandoned village called Saur in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. There we got a chance to see "The Wise Wall Project" which is is an initiative to document the rural wisdom of our villages and celebrate it through art murals (@projectfuel). We also got the chance to meet Mr. Sushil Ramola who initiated a community-based eco tourism project in 2009 to boost the village economy. For our own scouting adventures, we rented out a small earthen house already inhabited by two very sweet cows. We got to live in this historical village with all it's triumphs and challenges first-hand, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Please stay tuned and join us in our journey.
