I spend in aColmeia-Saipem 5 week and I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, facing a nice garden, equipped with AC and working desk; WiFi is working properly; common space are adequate, but co-working rooftop gets quite hot during the central hours of the day. I loved having lunch here, food is really delicious and mainly vegetarian; moreover, guest can use the kitchen to prepare their own food. Position is ok, close to small shops and local restaurants, but far from any decent beach, so a motorbike is definitely needed if you want to enjoy seaside. I was lucky to meet very nice people living in the house and Komal is the best community manager. The annoying situation is related to the resident dogs, that are use to bark all night long so if you’re a light sleeper avoid the rooms at ground floor.
