I booked this place on Agoda because it has good reviews and advertises free airport transfer, so I sent my flight details in advance. I never received any response, either on Agoda or WhatsApp. When I arrived late at night for check-in, there was no one there. No staff, no instructions, nothing. I was left stranded outside on the street in the dark with my luggage after a long flight, exhausted and honestly pretty stressed, trying to figure out what to do. I ended up having to find and pay for a last-minute hotel that was out of my budget in the middle of the night. On top of that, the WhatsApp number listed on Agoda is wrong. It connects to someone who no longer works there. They were kind enough to give me the correct contact, but even then, the property never replied to my messages or answered my calls, before or after my flight. This wasn’t just inconvenient; it was a truly stressful experience that could have been completely avoided on their part. I would not recommend staying here.
