Udeng is another name for a headband or head covering worn with traditional Balinese clothes. This headband became something special for the Balinese people. Besides udeng worn together with Balinese clothes, udeng is also worn when people worship in the temple.

Some men still wear the udeng even though they are not attending the program or doing worship. This is due to a high sense of cultural awareness and creates a specificity that men will be better off using udeng wherever and whenever they are. That’s why we love Bali so much 😊
