Well things have definitely changed for the worse at cafe Ceylon... Five of us had a disastrous lunch and three of us had to send food back to the kitchen. Cold chips, battered fish which was stale cold and soggy, undercooked rice... how can a Sri Lankan chef get that wrong. I will not be going back or recommending.
