Great chill coliving and coworking space conveniently located across CMU and in the Nimman area,with very reasonable prices, especially during low season when they offer the monthly rates. The rooms are spacious and have sufficient space for working if you prefer that to working in the coworking. If you are looking for a coliving and coworking experience that isn't overwhelmingly social and reasonably priced, this is the place. The kitchen is well-furnished which is a huge plus for those who like to cook. If not, there are many places to eat just outside or within walking distance. During rainy season, there were some issues with excessive aircon condensation, and a bit of flash flooding in the basement, but the staff are all very responsive and helpful. They organize fun community events from time to time as well.
