I've stayed at coliving superior room and the experience has been perfect. Staff is so kind and the place have everything you need. Totally recommended!

Really enjoyed the myofascial yoga class with JunQi at this space. Haven’t seen the rooms in person but they looked really nice and coworking is included if you stay in the coliving. I would be interested to check it out next time I’m in Chiang Mai!

The staff are very friendly. If you're looking to get some serious work done in a co-working space, weekends are recommended as they're less crowded. They occasionally hold events to foster camaraderie among users, and I participated in one and had a great time.

I stayed there for 2 weeks it’s very nice room. And the staffs are very friendly. They changed my a bigger humidifier which is very nice. The room has some smell when I got in but it went away later.

I can't recommend this place enough. The value you get for what you pay is probably unmatched. For starters the location is great (in Nimman), the co-working is accessible 24/7 and is usually very quiet. The room itself had everything I needed and I really appreciated the dehumidifier as things can get humid in Chiang Mai. The staff are incredibly helpful and were always there for us. They also organize regular hikes and lunch meetups which were a great way to discover Chiang Mai's surroundings and meet new people.

I stayed one month at Hub 53 and it was great. The place is nice, clean and location is great. The staff was very friendly and reacted very quickly when I needed something. The coworking space is very nice too. I just dont recommend booking rooms standard A and standard B unless you really dont care about noise. They are close to a big avenue and extremely noisy day and night. All the other rooms are great and quiet.

Great chill coliving​ and coworking space conveniently located across CMU and in the Nimman area,with very reasonable prices, especially during low season when they offer the monthly rates. The rooms are spacious and have sufficient space for working if you prefer that to working in the coworking. If you are looking for a coliving and coworking experience that isn't overwhelmingly social and reasonably priced, this is the place. The kitchen is well-furnished which is a huge plus for those who like to cook. If not, there are many places to eat just outside or within walking distance. During rainy season, there were some issues with excessive aircon condensation, and a bit of flash flooding in the basement, but the staff are all very responsive and helpful. They organize fun community events from time to time as well.

I just finished an 8-day stay. It might not be the best hotel, but its service is definitely top-notch. The front desk staff and housekeeping employees were very friendly, and when you raised any issues, they responded immediately without any delays. Even when they were off duty, they would still assist you. 👍👍👍

Amazing staff team, it truly feels like home. The location is perfect for both working and living, offering great convenience at a very reasonable price.

This is a great place for digital nomads to stay long! Hub's office area is clean and spacious, the wifi is stable, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff, Pai and Micky, are very friendly and can provide appropriate assistance if you have any questions. The living functions nearby are also very good. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Maya Shopping Center and One Nimman, and 2 minutes to walk to 7-11. Close to Chiang Mai University, there are a lot of cheap and delicious food nearby. If you rent a motorcycle, it only takes 10-15 minutes to reach the ancient city. In summary, it has a comfortable environment, friendly people, and good living functions. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

There are different types of workspaces to choose from, the living amenities are great, the location is near Chiang Mai University, there are many affordable food options, and it's also close to Maya and One Nimman. I spent two weeks at Hub53, and it was a fantastic experience. The environment is perfect for solo travelers and remote workers, offering a great balance between productivity and community. My room was well-equipped, including an air purifier and a humidifier, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff, especially Paic and Joyce, were incredibly welcoming—I truly felt their high level of hospitality. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a one-minute walk away and Nimman Center only a two-minute drive. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a great coworking and coliving space in Chiang Mai!

Hub53 was fantastic! I enjoyed working here and the community during my time in Chiang Mai. My only compliant is that I didn't start working at Hub53 sooner! I enjoyed the activities that Hub hosts, where I met great people and joined a group of fun people to explore the city. Pai and Joyce were great and helpful with anything I needed. 10/10 I would certainly recommend Hub53 to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I stayed at Hub53 for a week, and I absolutely loved my time there! The common spaces are fantastic, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the coworking area is spacious with a variety of desks to suit different work styles. The location is excellent—very close to Nimman’s main road and the Maya shopping mall. Pai and Joyce were attentive and provided great support throughout my stay.

The booking website is trash, doesn’t show you availability and prices. You basically have to guess and try. Edit: please try yourself to find availability for a room that’s currently booked. It suggests to find other dates. Then you click the calendar but all dates are selectable. After selecting one date all other get greyed out and only one night is selected. Still it says fully booked and doesn’t show which dates are actually available. Makes no sense. I tried different browsers and devices.

Awesome experience and great service. Firstly thanks to Pai because of her efforts to make everything smooth and flawless ( you will find her at the front desk mostly with a welcoming face ) . I have used the coworking this year for a month and last year for almost 6 months. The internet is speed and connection great almost had no connection issues. Free espresso machine and coffee/water was a good daily starter to work. I have tried other places in town too but Hub53 felt like and home and office for me so that's why I keep using their spot whenever I am in Chian Mai. They organized activities like hiking, communal lunch which is good to interact and network. If you are looking for a place to focus/work/socialize it's the best place in town.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for other nomads. For one, the rooms aren’t as nice as they look in the photos. You get stains on the ceiling, mold in the pillows, closet doors that don’t open enough to use the closet, and not even a TV. You can rent a brand new apartment in a condo with a coworking space for less per month. For two, hot desk space is pretty limited and not all spaces have access to plugs. The staff also made me feel uncomfortable throughout the stay. I arrived on a weekend and followed the self check in instructions. The staff complained on Monday that they had been worried I hadn’t arrived. I mean, why? No instructions were provided that I should inform anyone I’d arrived. Also, no staff were around and the door wasn’t even locked when I arrived. It all felt weird. And lastly, security issues. The door into the coliving is left open basically 90% of the time. Even after they replaced the lock mechanism during my stay, it was still almost always unlocked when I used it Honestly, I felt uncomfortable the whole time I stayed there so opted to leave early. They were inflexible with their refund policy, so tread carefully. There are better options for coworking in Chiang Mai, go find those

Hidden gem, fantastic service, good internet and location.

I lived at Hub53 for six months! That's like 1% of my life. The staff, Pai and Nit, are amazingly kind and helpful. I had a bad fall outside and Pai drove me to the hospital and looked in on me during my recovery. Location is amazing. 10mins walk to Nimman but far enough to be away from the craziness. Coworking space has a lot of variety whether you want to work in a big room with others or a private small desk or lounge area. Free coffee and conversation with a cast of interesting characters. During my time there I met an AI researcher, an aerospace engineer on sabbatical, online english teachers from a variety of countries, just to name a few. Depending on the people who are staying it can be fun (see picture) or more chill and private. And now there is a mother cat with four cute kittens in the lower floor who've made the hub their home!

A great place to get work done! The staff “Pai” is friendly and always willing to help. Plus, you'll find delicious street food and a 7-11 conveniently located just around the corner.

The first time I came to hub53 was in 2018 ! Every time I need a place to work in Chiang Mai I come back to hub53! Wifi speed is very good. Open Space for work is convenient and comfortable. There are some "Skype rooms" to make calls. Everywhere air conditioning. I did not have the chance to try co-living space ... Maybe one day! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this co-working space.

Good thing? They responded quite quick via Messenger. I rent a private office - medium size for 9 hours (9am - 6pm). The receptionist was not there when I arrived, and the cleaning lady opened the door for me. The receptionist supposed to find me a monitor to work that day, but she arrived at 9:15am and messaged me she was available(not come to me)... Anyway, I went to check the monitors with her, their monitors are super old like 20 years old model, still I managed to pick one but then she couldn't find a cable (the monitor cannot take HDMI directly, see how old it is).... I was a bit off because I had Zoom at 9:30am, I could only skip the monitor and rush back to the room for Zoom. Be fair, the receptionist did tell me their monitors are old when I asked to rent the day before, I just didn't know people would still keep a collection of 20 inch monitors nowadays. What push me off, is they didn't find the cable in advance, even I told her I needed to rent one. The worst part - the room! It was actually not in the core facility, if you want to go to washroom or get some water, you would need to go out to the main road and go back in with the main door, and go upstairs... The room itself? Even I turned on the air conditioner, and their air purifier, the air circulation was so bad, you would feel suffocating there. After the zoom meeting, I decided to take a early lunch at 11am, and I came back to Hub53 before 1pm to return the room key and left for good! Luckily I only booked for a day, not the entire week/month.

There is a 24-hour rate plan and private office contracts are available. Coffee/water is free and daily rates are available. Some people work quietly at hot desks. However, the Skype room where video conferences are possible is not soundproof.

Great co-working space. Free coffee, friendly staff, plenty of different study and relax places.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Chiang Mai as a digital nomad. I stay at hub53 for two weeks. The rooms are more than OK, very spacious and clean. The Co-Working area is great! With tons of places where you can work and many phone booths for those who want to have a private video call. The team that works at hub53 place is awesome! Very kind and helpful, always assisting you with whatever you need. During my stay, I have an issue with the bathroom, things that could happen in all places, and the manager responded very well offering me a reimbursement for the nights in which my bathroom was out of service. I think that that's something to highlight. The only con that I found about this place is that is a little bit far away from the main attractions in Chiang Mai, so you will have to move with Grab or rent a bike, that's what I recommend. In the end, I found Hub53 a very affordable and great place to stay in Chiang Mai and I recommend staying there, especially if you are a digital nomad.

I booked this place because it has the best package plan (50 hours) at a great cost only for the coworking space, Pai is awesome, helpful and she provides you with all the info you need, however, the place just stinks, those AC's need to be cleaned and also, no air purifiers inside the place. However, you get free coffee and the internet is good enough. If you are on a budget it can be a good option though.

They have different coworking areas which is very convenient to pick the best spot. Internet overall worked ok, I experienced only one disconnection and some websites were not reachable due to firewall. The room I did not like, it was full of mosquitos and looked dirty, old and with humidit. I would rather stay somewhere else and booked the coworking space only. The staff is very nice.

I will start with the good things about this place: The staff that works in Hub53 is wonderful, they are always trying to help. Thank you for everything Pai and Toni!! Besides from that, there's nothing good about neither the coliving nor the coworking: COWORKING: The place looks dirty and old (the walls, the desks etc) and to be honest, for the price its not a very good place to work. But the biggest issue is the Internet Connection (in my opinion a key feature for a coworking). The WIFI is very slow and works horrible. There are plenty of websites that you cannot access due to a problem, I assume, related to the IP address being blocked, but I had to turn on my VPN every day at least 5 or 6 times. And finally, the connection is not stable. There were at least 2 days that the conection was very bad, and the wifi wasn't working at all, so we had to use our personal hotspot (and nope, no one offered to reimburse the money for these two days). Also, if you have a meeting, you will have to go to the Skype booths, and... SURPRISE, you won't be able to have a fluent meeting at all! COLIVING: The place is awful, doesn't look like the photos at all. Claustrophobic, old and noisy due to very bad wall isolation. The windows face straight to a wall, so it has almost no sun at all. There's a closeby farm with chicken that will wake you up some nights. Also, there's supposed to be drinking water in the coliving area. In the 2 weeks we spent there we could only use the fountain once, the rest of the times was empty and no one cared about changing it. Once we were there for a couple of days, we tried to cancel our original stay because we didn't want to be there for a couple of weeks, but they didn't let us do it, thing that, having all the issues they have, would have been logical. So, my recommendation for eveyrione is, think twice if you do a reservation in this ¨coliving¨, go there, test the internet, the rooms (some beds are as bad that we still have back pain) and in general, the place, so you won't be extremelly dissapointed like we were.

This was my first coworking and coliving space I've stayed at and booked a King room. The room is very spacious, nothing fancy, but has everything you need. There is a good-sized desk with a drawer you can lock with a key, a balcony, large flat-screen TV, a small fridge and a sofa bed for an extra person. The bed was a little hard for me and the shower temperature got warm, but not super hot how I usually like it. They provide 2 towels, but no cups or bathroom amenities so you'll need to bring shampoo, conditioner, etc. There is a 7-Eleven next door. The coworking area has lots of spaces/areas for you to work. There are also private rooms if you need a quiet area to take calls/meetings. There is a communal kitchen on the first floor and another eating area on the second floor that has coffee, water, and a fridge. There are washers on-site that take coins and they have a small rack for you to hang your clothes to dry. It's a little outside the main Nimman area, but still close enough to walk :) Otherwise, it's an affordable Grab ride to the area.

Good and nice. But sometime the other clients left the trash and dirty stuff.

The woman who works at the shop is super kind! I didn't take any photos because I was in a rush for a meeting. One room is next to the road, so the traffic noise is a bit loud, but not too disruptive. The restrooms are clean. They post promotions regularly, so you can follow them on their Facebook page! 🎉🥳

Haven't stayed here but used to come here to work since it's one of the few workplaces with ergonomic chairs and tables. Prices are fair and includes access to the kitchen and some snacks.

Stayed at Hub53 for about 3,5 weeks and I loved it. Super friendly staff, good desks and chairs, lost of other nomads to meet. Was happy with the Skype rooms they offer (3 of them that you can book). Next to Hub53 there is a salad & smoothie bar (belongs to Hub) with very good salads and smoothies.

I go to Hub53 a lot for using my laptop in their air-conditioned common room upstairs to do spec manuscripts, and space art. About 6$ American for an all day pass. They have long term also, I never needed it. When you enter, remove shoes Thai-style. I like it here as a place to focus. I get so much done because it thankfully, quiet. Rainy days, it is clean, and dry inside. Monsoon was no problem. For me, the internet was okay. I sometimes need to look at a science website. Or email the front desk. I never really noticed any lack, as other reviewers say. They have skype rooms. I never need to use them. They have a power nap room. I never need to use it. Their printer is good for printing a few pages at the front desk in Color or black and white. Their staff speaks English, and Thai. Polite, respectful, easy to work with. If you need a big print job there are print shops nearby. A lot of creative people, all foreigners, eat working lunch there. Very casual, smart, switched-on digital nomads from around the world. I am often the oldest guy there, with my grey hair, but never feel like an outsider. Coffee is free, in the kitchen area, 2nd floor. Everyone working here is clean, respectful, responsible, polite and helpful. They keep the building clean. The cleaning staff is unobtrusive, and efficient. The salad shop outside is closed on weekends. I have eaten there once, it is okay. Parking seems a bit limited if you have a car. Yesterday, I walked a few blocks to park along Ring Road near the 7-11. Bike parking, No problem. If you are creative, and need a quiet space, or a white board social meeting room, Hub53 is top drawer. I will put Hub53 in my dedication pages.

My favorite co-working to work from in Chiang Mai. Fast internet with 24/7 access, also private lockers available. There are a few Skype rooms you can use for private calls, a shared kitchen with coffee machine and filtered water and even a nap room to relax in. Location is good with some food stands and 7 11 nearby. Also they have the Hubster which serves smoothies and salads and you can even order and get directly to your sit! I got a monthly package combined with Chiang Mai Holistic which is 1 minute walking distance and have daily Yoga and fitness lessons. Great combination between health and work. Highly recommend that package.

Very convenient and affordable place to stay in Chiang Mai. Bedrooms are clean and have air conditioner. There are many big rooms for co-working and also small ones for some privacy. Staff is very friendly (perfect english) and food is quite good as well -- love the keto salad and smoothies!

Great place to work - and to eat! It's just my first day here at Hub53 and I've met some very interesting people, got some work done and ate some delicious food. I was asked to write a review when I ordered my food and, in return, I got a "free" smoothie. I tried the Keto Salad for 119 baht and it was delicious. It just so happens that I'm on a keto (VERY low carb) diet so it's great to have this option. The salad had egg (half), chicken (maybe 1 ounce) and bacon (< 1 ounce), lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil and more. I would have liked to have more egg and meat on the salad. I added 2 of my own pastured duck eggs to help fill me up. I assume that the ingredients are not high quality (organic, pastured, etc) because, after all, they are running a business and truly healthy food can be expensive. EDIT : I was told that the veggies come from Royal Project, where I often buy food. It may not be organic but I think they make an effort not to use harmful chemicals. So the quality is definitely better than I thought! Having compostable plates and straws is better than disposable - but why not use "real" reusable plates from Hub53 and skip the straw? I returned the straw and the plasticware because I didn't use them. Overall I'm happy with the food - and the experience :-)

I've been visiting Hub53 on and off for a couple years and it's a great place to work. The location is good (central, shops and restaurants nearby) and the facilities include everything you would need to work remotely (good internet, 24/7 access, various types of rooms and offices). It's also a place that has a lively community, regularly scheduling workshops and community events. Would recommend.

I rented a room for a week here and everything was great. Nice facilities, upstairs and downstairs kitchen with free coffee. Private Skype rooms and all the staff were really nice and friendly. They hold weekly events here so I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Super easy We did find an awesome harry potter themed coffee shop right next to Hub 53 called Cervidae cafe, very easy to miss as its almost hidden, but they have amazing drinks and beautiful cakes.

Summary for people in a hurry: great place with nice people next to a cheap/amazing restaurant, but with rather slow wifi. Nice little coworking space next to amazing restaurant (Sarah House). They have dedicated Skype rooms with AC and staff that speaks english. Definitely one of the more fancier co-working spaces I have been to. They also have a real coffee machine which is a huge plus. So why I am giving it 3 stars? Well it's the Internet. It's ok if you're doing some basic stuff (email, surfing, youtube and coding), but if you're doing anything more demand it's just not fast enough. You can see screenshots of speedtest I did (sitting next to AP point) and some latency charts (maybe more indicative of latency in Chiang Mai in general rather than Hub53's own network performance). I also tried connecting using a rj45 cable and it's the same story. Also during my tests there were only few people using the network. P.S: If you want fast wifi search for M-A-N-A on Google Maps (not affiliated with them in any way). It's nearby (not as fancy) and has 10x Internet speed.

There are several coworking places, kitchens and places to rest and chat. Pleasant staff. The coliving place is well situated. Very easy to eat around for 1€. There is a great yoga and hollistic place next door. Rooms downstairs (Queen A) are quite big and comfortable but dark.

Spent four months working at the Hub and they were possibly my most productive months ever. Various working spaces equipped with modern furniture, and a few secluded Skype rooms as well as a comfy 'couch' room (wouldn't know how to describe it – but its seriously cosy and I might have dozed off there occasionally), a nap room and a kitchen with free coffee. Perhaps the best part of the Hub are the warm-hearted receptionist, Gib, and the amazing owner, Natika. They go out of there way to help you with anything and besides, are simply fantastic human beings. Merci!

I lived and worked at Hub53 for close to a year, during which time I was bootstrapping my independent contracting business. I cannot begin to express how fantastic and unique Hub53 is. The staff are friendly and professional and they always go above and beyond what would otherwise be expected to make sure the guests are well looked after. There are many different areas available to work and relax. You can choose to work at a desk (both sitting and standing) with nice ergonomic chairs, or sit on a plush mat with cushions and a little table, lounge around in a bean bag, or work in solitude in a private or shared office. They also have Skype rooms if you are going to be doing a lot of online communicating. Each of the co-working spaces are bright and spacious, with a great deal of attention paid to all the details, both big and small. The internet is also fast and reliable which is always appreciated. There is a kitchen and breakout room with a coffee machine, tea, a fridge, freely available snacks, and a water filter, etc. They also hold regular meetups, networking events, a members lunch where you can discover local restaurants, and other activities. As for the co-living space, my room was very comfortable, the air-conditioning was top notch, and the maids did an incredible job keeping it and the other spaces sparkling clean. There is a shared kitchen that includes all the cooking equipment and utensils you are ever likely to need. It also has two fridges, and a chest freezer so you don't have to rely on outside food all the time. A water filter which means you don't have to buy copious amounts of bottled water. A common area for guests which makes for a nice place to eat meals together, meet new arrivals, and unwind after a hard days work in the co-working space. The living areas were always very quiet which I greatly appreciated as it meant I never had a disturbed sleep. Thanks to Hub53 and the focus it afforded me, I was able to take my software skills to a whole new level while also allowing me to make the transition from an onsite full time employee to a remote independent contractor. I would recommend Hub53 to anyone who is looking to do the same, or who just needs a fun and dynamic place to live and/or work, where they can meet new friends from all over the world, while also minimising distractions and working towards their intended goals.

I stayed at the coliving space for 2 weeks when I first got to Chiang Mai, and really liked it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they organize a few events each month so that you can get to know other members of the community. Overall, the coworking space is more social than others I have worked from (that doesn't mean it's a party coworking space or anything, just that people are more friendly and open to chat).

I've tried out other co-working places around Nimman before coming here - loved it immediately. They have plenty of space for co-working, several rooms where you can work on your own (at no surcharge), comfy lounges, a kitchen and a great massage chair. Also, the owner Natika and the manager Gib are both super lovely and helpful!

Also there are massage machine room, skype room and other little place to chill out. It looks like there are many events for digital nomads going on too. I definitely go back again to work! Great co-working space a bit outside of the main nimman area. 189 THB for a day pass and they have monthly rates available as well. A great short term option for those coming to CM to get some work done. Weekly FBA meetings and the owner is trying hard to collaborate the influx of people.

Perfect place to work, meet people and to hang out. The staff is super friendly which makes the whole experience even better.

i love working at hub 53! my favorite thing is the super comfortable chairs. it makes a huge difference when you're working long hours. the owner and everyone working there are super friendly. there's plenty of the space to work. there's free coffee and cookies. the AC and wifi are solid. there are several different rooms to work out of. they have different networking events and they try to foster a sense of community. highly recommend.

I have just spent 3 1/2 fantastic months at Hub53 and already miss the place so much. For me it was an easy place to find accommodation and while the initial stay was for 1 month, I enjoyed it so much I stayed. One of the best things is always being around like-minded people who were always a great bunch of people from all parts of the world. The 24hr use of the co-working space was a bonus and there is always someone to help out, or brainstorm with, on any issues or projects you're working on. The Hub is near Nimman with lots of cafes and eating places to choose from and the Old City really isn't that far away. A great spot to be for a stretch in Chiang Mai. I'll be back, that's for sure :)

My teaching at Chiang Mai University brought me to Hub 53 for a nearly 40 day stay this past June and July. I booked in when I got to town--knowing the the best deals are cut in person and after an inspection-- but Natika the proprietor had oriented me to my options a day or two ahead of time, so booking and move-in took about 20 minutes. Location is right between Maya Mall, Chiang Mai Univeristy (buildings, cafeterias, and pool), and the ever-popular Nimmann tourist area. Hub 53 is, with one exception, the closest lodging to the North Chiang Mai Univeristy Campus. Maya has shops and tons of good food, and Nimmann is even better for food and nightlife, so you can dine on different dishes and restaurants every night. Mobike, Grab ride share, and taxis are easily accessible in front of Hub 53; and the Zoo, Wat doi Suthep, and other top-end wats are close; downtown Chiang Mai is 12 minutes by Grab (60 bhat). And you are gloriously out of the epicenter of tourist dense-pack. Rooms are spotless, up to date, modern fixtures, and generous in size, with basic amenities, including wifi and cable TV. My room, in the next door annex and off the main drag, was quiet, spotless, and with weekly maid service, private bath with great water supply. A 7-11, ATM, pharmacy, superb coffee stop, and Japanese and Italian restaurants run by a woman from Kobe and a guy from Umbria are all close by. Hub 53 provides laundry service for $1.25 US/load with drying. You also get unlimited access to both internet in rooms and in the public coworking spaces: large public rooms with tables, Aircon, great internet, a Skype room, downstairs kitchen for meal prep and tea and coffee, and a place to park cars and mopeds. This is a somewhat quirky place. The front end staff is fluent in English and Thai, and probably other languages. Everyone behind the desk seemed really smart and well connected. The woman who runs this operation--Natika--is the best source of knowledge about the town, culture, entrepreneur opportunities, and job connections the that you will find anywhere--and her advice on restaurants is great. She and her proteges are your best friends in town. The clientele of the public spaces and many of the rooms are an odd assortments of what today pass for "digital nomads" but in past times would have been the odd castouts that found their way into the French Foreign Legion or the back pages of a Mitchener novel of youth in search of adventure, self-creation, drugs, and healing. Just my group of people! They are all hard working and come to this place with work in mind. The place is open 24/7, so great office surroundings for work on school projects, lectures, and powerpoint presentations. When your equipment breaks or you need an adapter, the Hub53 folks are here to help; help with get reservations, set up conferences, allow you to meet with clients, etc. This is what coworking space is about. Costs are quite reasonable in Chiang Mai for lodging and food, and I thought for the $$, Hub 53 was as good as it gets. Why spend a fortune for a room and amenities, when you can do it for less than $10 US per day? Who should think about staying here? f you need work space, this is the place. I you want to meet some local folks who have a life other than just being tourist facilitators, then come to Hub 53. And if you are independent minded but like adventure and have some standards about where to stay, but could be happy being just a few minutes away from the tourist hordes, this is the place. Security is exceptional, with card and fingerprint entry, and a 24/7 security guard and locked doors Finally, if you are looking for work in Chiang Mai, Natika is your person to talk to. In addition to facilitating nomads seeking an environment where they can ply their trade, she has leads for employment hookups, a help wanted board, and training classes for eager and energetic Farang who want to make some money to extend their stay in South East Asia. You won't get that at the Mercure, Meridien, Movenpick, or the Shangri La.

Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space was located very close to the Maya shopping center in Nimman Haimin area. Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space's manager welcomed us and explained us kindly. It is characterized by a two-level sitting style workspace and a nap room. There are empty bags and massage chairs in the nap room. I think the rest space is necessary space. And small-scale community such as book-sharing. During lunch time, there were many local restaurants nearby and food courts and restaurants of Maya shopping mall were available nearby. One complaint was that the internet was very slow when we visited.

Great place to meet people and get work done. Not as noisy as Coworking spaces in the old city.

Definitely recommend this for other digital nomads! I chose to stay at Hub53 because I wanted to meet like-minded individuals who were in town for both work and play. Everyone is very collaborative and there's a great balance between the privacy and socializing vs a hostel where the environment is typically more party-oriented. It makes a huge difference when you are surrounded by others who are hustling and also know how to take a break and check out the city :)

Great stay for digital nomads and other travellers who need to work during their journey. 24h access to the coworking is great, the WIFI is good and all the people here are very nice. The room itself has good A/C, is clean and has everything you need. I was in room "Queen A" and was very happy with it! Also you get to know many other people here, so it is also very good for solo travellers. The best part: Even though you are not in the city center, you can walk to the Nimman area in a few minutes. There you can discover so many nice restaurants, that you will never get bored.

Fantastic co-working space. Feels like a home away from home. You can sleep on the snorlax-like oversized bean bags, kick back in one of the many comfy chillout areas and lie back/get cotched in cozy laid back mattress-laden areas up high, or tucked away in corners. You’re never short of privacy whilst never feeling isolated or overly formal. There are options for everyone here. Each floor is united by a well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, snacks and cooking facilities and utensils/dining tables etc. it’s so better than Punspace. Hub53 is more of an introverts paradise. It’s less officelike and “showy” than Punspace, and much more homely. They also offer traditional office style desks with Skype rooms and meetings spaces for when you need to get serious, however - so this really is a no-brainer when you consider that it is a fraction of the cost!

Honestly, beats Punspace by 200%. The problem with other co-working spaces, is that there are too many 'travellers' there. Too many digital nomads. I never felt productive and I never felt like I was around like-minded people. Hub53 is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. It feels more like I am surrounded by start ups and motivated individuals. It feels like a 'FAMILY', more so then the other spaces in CM. A lot of people 'live' next to hub53 as well as work here, so you're constantly surrounded by awesome, friendly and hard working people. Once again, Hub53 gets 10/10, 5 stars. And, it gives Punspace a run for it's money. I don't want to leave this review, because I want to keep Hub53 all to myself! ;)

I stayed there for one month and it was amazing ! Met a lot of talented people ! The wifi is really fast in every spot of the coworking. They even have a massage chair included ;) Really recommand this place if you stay in Chiang Mai and you want to get a good coworking space.

Good accommodation, reliable wifi, good co-working space and the front desk offers good English.

Excellent place to work and live. We feel like a great family there. We're really going to miss everyone there.
