I emailed the hub some weeks before arriving to Hoi An because we wanted to stay in the co-living and got a response 10 days later, when I had already booked another accommodation. Once I was in Hoi an I texted the owner on WhatsApp because we wanted to use the co-working space and never even got a response. Very disappointing, completely unreliable.
