A través de la música, la palabra y la oración, recordamos que los pueblos originarios continúan custodiando conocimientos profundos sobre nuestra relación con la Tierra, el espíritu y la comunidad. EXPLORATION + INTEGRATION = TRANSFORMATION Last year at this time, we were invited to bring the Lab to the beach and share our favorite formula for integrating flow into the ceremonial process. We were honored to hold space for 10 participants to go beyond the veil and experience something greater. We spent the week playing with many different flow activities and educating them on how to prime their nervous systems for safely exploring their consciousness & returning to reality. With 3 intense nights of ceremonies, everyone had the chance to experience both friction and flow and tune into their higher selves. They traveled deep into their subconscious and brought back serious insights into what makes life worth living and how to better show up! This is exactly why we created the Flow Performance Lab and how we hope to help people live a life full of flow! At the end of the day, flow is simply “just being, and not forcing.”
