Stayed here for a month in January 2023. Everyone was so kind and helpful, having family dinners, tours of the cacao farm, and taking us to cool bars. We had some additional requirements for working remotely and they really went the extra mile to help us out. The gated estate has a shop, laundrette, and a park with basketball / tennis courts. Gabriel, Veronica, Isis, and Walter were truly lovely people, they made such a good atmosphere. I hope to come back and visit!

We just made a quick 3-day trip to Roatan, and wow – it’s breathtaking! The pure beauty of the sea and its incredible marine life left us speechless. In just three days, there’s plenty of time to dive into the crystal-clear waters, rent a scooter to explore the island, and even spot an awesome hotel with a giant turtle on top. Roatan is magic, and we’ll definitely be back for more. 🌊✨ #VeGaAdventures #RoatanMagic #TravelWithPurpose

“Ceci n’est pas un cacao cérémonial” 🥄 Today, I’m not going to teach you how to make ceremonial cacao from roasted cacao beans, but I’ll share how I make mine. First, I roast the cacao beans. Then, I grind them in a blender. Very artisanally, I separate the husk from the bean using a fan. Next, I make the paste using a metate (a traditional stone tool used for grinding cacao). I dissolve the paste in water and sometimes add cayenne pepper, pure honey, or edible flowers. Then, I drink it. It’s delicious, super energizing, and can be an alternative to coffee. ☕️ Feel free to try it out and share your experience with us! 🌿🍫✨ #CacaoLovers #Honduras #VegaCommunity #HealthyLiving #NaturalEnergies #CacaoCeremony #DIY

𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲: 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 🐕💛 About a year and a half ago, we welcomed Franco into our lives. He was living in a Rainwater drainage pipeline near VeGa, likely having faced mistreatment as he was initially very fearful. Over time, he has started to trust humans more, although he can still be a bit defensive, especially around food. Franco has made incredible progress, but the bustling environment of our community, with people coming and going, causes him stress and sometimes aggression. Therefore, we are seeking a loving home for him. Who we’re looking for: A kind-hearted person with balanced energy who can become Franco’s friend and adopt him. Franco loves being indoors and enjoys spending time with you, whether you’re working or just relaxing. According to the vet, Franco is now around 4 years old, fully vaccinated, and dewormed. If you’d like more information, please contact us. And help us spread the word!
