I am nomadic with roots in Austin, TX. I manage a couple real estate funds and am looking to launch a third fund that acquires coliving houses in the Austin area. It’s a new idea, but I think it will solve the problem of nomads not being able to participate in the appreciation and tax benefits of real estate, because real estate is a long-term commitment, and many of us don’t have the same loyalty to one piece of real estate : )
