Stayed here at start of September for 2 weeks. Despite a miscommunication and last-minute changes on my part the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Location is ideal - St Charles is a great little area to eat & drink, and very close to central Biarritz and beaches. Everything was as described and rooms were clean and comfortable. Big shoutout to Roman, extremely nice and chill dude with some good local recommendations. Until next time !
