The grounds and facilities are a wonderful place for workshops or a relaxing retreat. The food is excellent, and the rooms are nice. There's a sauna and a pond for cooling off. The value for money is poor. The staff and service are unpleasant. They are untrained and unfriendly. We were there as a group and, upon arrival, were asked to pay additional fees on top of the high prices for some unannounced extras. Other groups wanted to use the room we rented in the evening, and one day, pizza was offered in the afternoon instead of lunch, which was not announced in advance. Our questions were answered unfriendly, and the reception desk is often unmanned. Since you should feel comfortable and well-treated on a retreat like this, we would not book this accommodation again due to the poor service.
