Surrounded by the Eider River and the Kiel Canal, with the Baltic Sea practically around the corner, we have found a place that perfectly matches our vision of community and connection with nature. 🛝Community meeting at the playground?! Yes, this was a first this summer.😎 About a year ago we claimed ourselves to be a family friendly Coliving space. Since then we had plenty of opportunities to explore the up- and downsides of integrating the needs of remote workers and kids. Ja, das war eine Premiere diesem Sommer.😎 Vor etwa einem Jahr haben wir uns offiziell zu einem familienfreundlichen Coliving Space erklärt. Seitdem hatten wir viele Gelegenheiten, die Vor- und Nachteile der Integration der Bedürfnisse von ortsunabhängig Arbeitenden und Kindern zu erkunden. Wir haben eine Liste mit unseren drei größten Chancen und Herausforderungen erstellt. ⬇️ 💪 Chancen ➡️ Mehr Spielzeit - Kinder erinnern uns an das spielerische in uns. ➡️ Zeit mit den Meistern der Präsenz - voll im Moment sein, dem Flow folgen. ➡️ Grenzen setzten üben - mit radikaler Ehrlichkeit fordern Kinder liebevolles Grenzen setzten. 🤯 Herausforderungen ➡️ Inklusion von Kindern in Erwachsenen-Strukturen (oder andersherum?). ➡️ Organisation und Verteilung von Kinderbetreuung/ Sorgearbeit ➡️ Navigation einer Vielzahl an (eventuell) konkurrierenden Bedürfnissen.
