Area:
Area is very close to the big streets but the neighbourhood itself is a bit sketchy. Not sure if people actually live there.

Service:
The people at the reception are incredibly friendly and try to help as much as they can. For example, one of our blankets had a lipstick stain and the receptionist made sure to have it replaced immediately.

Facilities:
We had the family room. Very basic amenities in the room itself. However there is a kitchen on the first floor that we could use. Keep in mind that there are no free packets of tea and coffee like you might get in other hotels. The rooftop… yeah… fun for party animals but veeery loud until the middle of the night. We were on the fifth floor and asked the reception to tone it down at some point, but we could still hear them. That was honestly the biggest issue during our stay. We didn’t know there would be sound pollution in this way and probably wouldn’t have booked it if we knew. But again, the service of the receptionists made it up a little bit for it.
