My first stay was ok. The dorm was on 8th floor so you hear the rooftop music banging all day until 1am and then at 1am you hear all the tidying of the place… chairs being dragged etc BUT they made a mistake in ´y accomodation so they changed me for a room which had a great view on the acropolis and was quite big too.
My second stay I asked if i could stay in the same room they checked and told me no because the room was empty and therefore closed and they put me in a not so great room on the same floor but with no view at all. When I mentioned to the receptionist that it was not great she just laughed.
It’s a constant thing in Selina. They have better options but always choose to put you in the worst for some reason (I stayed to a few of them and it’s really a pattern) and when you complain sometimes they change you …
