Not a 4 stars hotel – 2 at max. The hotel restaurant was so bad. Food is cold and has no class, they use the cheapest ingredients. The male waiters do not look you in the eyes and are really arrogant, they need training. The service is terrible. In breakfast you have to wait a long time for a coffee because the waiters serve it and do not maintain it. I also found expired salad in my salmon wrap for two days.
The hotel is really old, the room was so dated. The shower was broken and the air conditioning does not work properly.

The only two good things in this hotel are the bright cleaning ladies and the room cleaning as well as hotel location.
