It takes time to truly get to know a place. Of course, we had been to @quintosapore before, but seeing how they’ve flourished is incredible. A brave stance for the climate. New ideas, with seeds that are stronger and more resilient. Exploring flavors in the kitchen, but also diving into research about the plant, how it works and how it grows. Even how it communicates. I’m so happy I brought people with me who wanted to learn and bring ideas back home. And I’m so glad I could show them the very best of Umbria.
