Not long ago, we visited one of my absolutely favourite restaurants in the area. Michelin quality food experience run by chef Davide who only works with very local ingredients. He has the cleanest kitchen you have ever seen. 🤩 A Tuscan wood fired oven and a menu to die for. He explains the cooking with a passion that is contagious. He calls the kitchen a food lab because he loves to experiment with new ideas like fermentation and vegan alternatives. I brought a Swedish group of foodies there and they were all naturally amazed. 🥰 The property is beautiful and you get Davides full attention explaining the food and the wine and (if you want- we wanted it!) the process behind it.
