This Country Inn is tucked away on a quiet secondary highway in Umbria. It is a restored factory with a brick/stone basement where the restaurant is located. It is family run. The chef and restaurant owner actually came to our table to introduce themselves and to recommend some entree and wines. We ordered a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino for only 20 E which was superb. the chef followed with a cold fresh salad with prawns; followed by a noodle pasta with mussels and prawns, followed by an entree of Dorado, prawns and other fish. The food, service and atmosphere made this our favorite meal in Italy. We highly recommend this hidden gem!!
