Stayed for 2 weeks at Pipedream. Excellent place for work. All amenities are at your disposal, very surfing oriented. Recommend renting either a bike with surf rack or scooter to get to the beach. There are couple very good restaurants located nearby. House is being kept very clean despite tenants efforts (coming back from surf you will always bring in some sand). Wifi is solid - had no issue working in several Remote Desktops with 3-4 people having video calls on the same network. Very friendly staff that also organizes get togethers with other travelers.
