The surf lessons themselves and our instructors on site get 5/5 stars! Leo and Andreas are incredibly patient, funny, and know exactly what they're doing. They motivate you and give great tips and instructions while surfing! We drove to various surf spots, some of which were about 45 minutes away from the surf school. This allowed us to see a lot of the western Algarve and its national parks. What didn't go quite smoothly, unfortunately, was the organization. For example, our question about where and if we could park our van at the school went unanswered. Since we booked externally (outside the camp), we also had the option of driving our own car to the spots and meeting up with the others there. We were supposed to receive the planned location the day before. Unfortunately, this didn't work well, and we sometimes didn't receive any feedback. Nevertheless, everything was great overall!
