I booked the camp as a solo traveler and all I can say is that Algarve Watersport exceeded my expectations in all the ways possible! I was supposed to stay one week there but after only 2 days I extended my stay for 2 weeks as I loved it so much! From the very first moment they make sure that you feel welcome and taken care of. The camp itself is wonderful; the rooms are nicely decorated and cleaned daily and the beds are comfortable. There is also a cozy common area with a pool where you can just chill and hang-out with the others. One of the biggest surprises at the camp was the food - always delicious with a different theme every day, full of vegetarian or vegan options. I signed up for kitesurfing classes and on the days when there was no wind we were offered alternative activities, I strongly recommend going on a motocross tour with Oskar even if you're a complete beginner when it comes to riding a motorcycle! Also a special shout-out to my kite instructor Kris who demonstrated a great deal of patience during our lessons! I'm sure that without him my progress wouldn't be the same. I'd like to thank all the crew for making this experience so memorable. I will definitely come back next year :)
