A really cool place to stay, really cool people, it's easy to strike up conversations with other groups, and you can, for example, spend a week surfing at the surf school. You simply sign up and are then shuttled with the rest of the group to the beach where the best waves are breaking on that day and time. Definitely recommended! The staff is very relaxed and flexibly caters to the needs of the travelers. :-) Fritz does a fantastic job at the bar, mixing drinks to order, and the kitchen puts on a first-class buffet for breakfast and dinner. :-) The only criticism would be that you shouldn't expect a "hotel" in the traditional sense; the towels, etc., aren't changed during the week (though I suspect they are, if you ask). The doors are quite noisy, and if you're a light sleeper, the kitchen will wake you up at 6 a.m. with the mixers and other equipment running. But you can easily forgive that when you see the delicious breakfast. :-)
