Koray Koca
Really friendly staff! You can get lots of information from them about surfing, Lisbon, and more. They have a great schedule and a system that works well. What I didn’t like: For surfing: Sometimes we were way too close to each other, which can be dangerous. I often had to dodge other people’s surfboards or skip waves because there were too many people in front of me. I always tried to keep my distance, but it wasn’t always possible. Because of that, I saw (and experienced) a few near misses. Either the surfing area should be extended, or the number of groups per session reduced. For accommodation: The breakfast is always the same, so after a few days it gets a bit boring. And don’t expect too much from dinner - it’s okay, but the portions might not be enough. You can ask for seconds, but that’s not always guaranteed. Overall: If you want to try surfing or improve your skills, I’d definitely recommend this camp. You’ll meet some really great people there! 🌊
