The Houses are very close to the beach. And very nice. On the Surfcamp they were cleaned regularly. The volunteers and staff really want you to have a great time. The camp has a small focus on drinking and parties. You really need to be the Person for this. In general the organisation is very Portuguese. So be warned that you should have a lot of flexibility. The surfside of the Surfcamp was very professional. (For a first timer) I think I can surf on my own now but still know that there is a lot of possible improvement. Marie told me I should write that she is the best volunteer. ;) But that would be unfair to the others. All volunteers do a lot! I had greater moments and talks with each and every one of them.
