Great place to live in the centre of Barcelona.
The only bad thing I can say is, that there are some extra fees at the beginning, but its definitly worth it.
Maybe not the cheapest place to live, but its a very fair price. The building and the apartments are very modern and renovated. The rooms have everything you need and the Kitchens and Bathrooms are great. You also get a gym, rooftop and Coworking space. Now we also have activities where you can join and get to know other people.
Another positive aspect are the employees in the building, everyone is nice and helpful if there is a problem. Especially Andres is great and makes you feel welcome.
So far this is the perfect place to stay for my time in Barcelona.
