For what it worth as part of the Palma family: I stayed 1.5 month in the Barcelona coliving for the opening with all the first guests, the house was already full (10 private bedrooms) and I tried 2 different ensuites bedrooms. I didn’t feel a minute I was in the city. Every morning I wake up either I could hear the birds singing from the beautiful trees and 2500m2 garden, either I could watch the sunrise and sunset with the city from the high ceilings windows, it was just stunning, and unreal. I was living 1 year before in Barcelona, and having this coliving property just a few minutes from the metro, supermarket, bars / restaurants and especially 5-10min subway stops from Barceloneta / gotico / gracia, is just a blessing, compared to my previous experience.
I’m very sad I had to leave as it’s not only about the coliving house with its fully furnished coworking, sauna, swimming pool, game area.. at Palma, it’s about people. The first minute you arrive, you’ll feel part of the family as you are at home with like-minded people and that feeling… is remaining the key driver for Palma coliving. Every future guest is asked to join an interview with the team as part of the selection process to make sure to keep like-minded people aligned with the same conscious values. You’ll also find Debora the happiness officer that is here every day to make sure you are feeling good, she ll be your point of contact, keep the house on top level and facilitate the activities included in the monthly price such as 3 yoga/meditation sessions per week, the community session to share intentions and plan the week, introduce new members every Monday, then the nomad event outside of the city and a few shared / cooking lunch-dinner that are part of the entire experience to co create meaningful connexion. You can’t miss the soul and warm environment that has been created carefully.
This is the Palma experience, and I can’t be more grateful for having been part of the beginning of this journey in Barcelona.💘
