Diversity isn’t about genders ratios. Neither range of nationalities. Or any generations representation. We only read diversity by values spectrum. Playfulness, empathy, rigor, fairness, integrity or any other. We worked hard for an environment where they can be expressed, enhanced or even awaken. Being trustful as first and encouraging self-driven journey is where it start. Coliving isn’t better playfield having to fill physiological to self-actualisation needs on daily basis. Those who love as much mopping and cooking for others as writting or building stuff knows what we are talking about.
