Usca Reviews || Hagar Daoud Isidro | 2/5 | 2 minutes ago on Google | I've traveled quite a bit and I've never seen such a dirty kitchen in any accommodation. The outdoor areas are nice, with a pool and a pleasant patio, but the kitchen facilities and rooms are very basic and limited. | The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows hard, and there's practically no cleaning service: in a 10-day stay, they only cleaned the room once, the day before we left. It's also important to know that cleaning depends on volunteers, who only go to the kitchen for a few hours a day, and it ends up being a complete mess. | Some nights it was also difficult to sleep because of the noise from people staying late at the pool. | If you're looking for comfort and cleanliness, this hostel probably isn't the best option, although it might work if you just need a cheap place to sleep and you take advantage of the outdoor spaces. | And if you're not careful, something like an item of clothing will disappear. Two silk shirts disappeared from our place.|There are very nice volunteer girls who really do help and make your stay more comfortable.|Trip type: Vacation · Couple|Rooms 1.0 Service 2.0 Location 3.0|Rooms: Very basic rooms. The outdoor areas are nice, with a pool and a pleasant patio, but the kitchen facilities and rooms are very basic and limited. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows hard, and there's practically no cleaning service: in a 10-day stay, they only cleaned the room once, the day before we left, because we asked twice to at least empty the bathroom wastebaskets. It's also important to know that cleaning depends on volunteers and their cleaning abilities. There were literally girls cleaning with pitch-black water; they go to the kitchen for a few hours a day, and it ends up being completely disgusting. Some nights it was impossible to sleep because of the noise from people staying late at the pool; in fact, it was the same volunteers. They talk about silence, but it's not real. If you're looking for comfort and cleanliness, this hostel probably isn't the best option. It's cheap, yes. Although I don't think it's worth it, to be honest. And if you're not careful, something like an item of clothing will disappear. Two silk shirts disappeared from our place. | The only good thing is that there are very nice volunteer girls who really do help you and make your stay more comfortable.
