I made a booking to stay with Sun and Co for three weeks in June 2023, and had to move my booking to September 2023. I had to cancel that eventually too. I really was looking forward to staying with them, but life happens and I was so happy with how easy it was to communicate with the team. Iva was easily reachable via whatsapp, super responsive, and helped move my booking, and eventually cancel it altogether. The refund reached my account within a couple of days’ time. Plus points for the ease of communication that did not need a phone call. I will be making plans to stay with Sun and Co sometime in the future when life feels a bit more stable, but I have to commend their excellent customer service. Hope to stay with you in 2024!
