We had the opportunity to spend an amazing month at Sun and Co. The coliving is located in the old town of Javea, a coastal town in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The new team (Nana, Ana, and Fer), did a great job of facilitating the community and organizing numerous social and professional activities on a daily basis. During our stay, we met many wonderful people, including both Sun and Co. colivers and those on the Community Pass. Sun and Co. offers an excellent environment for remote workers, both inside the house with numerous workspaces and in the nearby coworking space just a 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend Sun and Co. to anyone seeking a genuine coliving experience as a digital nomad or remote worker looking to try remote work in Spain.

We first planned on staying only 2 weeks in Sun & Co. But we just kept prolonging, which I think tells a lot. :) We experienced one of the most complex activity programs in Sun & Co. - daily activities (professional, spiritual, and social), and a big, respectful, and curious community to work and play with. Javea is a great little city equipped with a good infrastructure for digital nomads (events, cafes, coworking spaces), and it's only a 2 hours bus ride from Valencia. Sun & Co. is in the old town, which means you will find a lot of history, tapas bars, and places to have a cup of coffee in the sun around. The beach is on a 30-minute walk from the house. Lastly, Sun & Co. also had an external coworking space only a 3-minute walking from the house, which is equipped with 2 skype booths, loads of space, and a peaceful and work-friendly environment. If you're a first time remote worker - this city and this coliving are a great choice. You'll definitely find a new version of yourself here. ;)

I was at Sun and Co for a month in the winter. I had a great time. The house has a beautiful kitchen, dining area, and space to hang out and relax. The coworking space was excellent, and Javea was an excellent city to enjoy looking around but still be able to concentrate on work. The Sun and Co staff did a wonderful job creating a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment. I feel like the connections I started to make while in the community there were very strong. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

To be honest, I was hesitant about Sun and Co. because of all the hype. Are they truly the best coliving? Well that depends on what you value. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, then you'll probably be disappointed. But if your values are in personal development and community building, this is your place! The hosts are very intentional about structuring community here. They are active and involved to help foster connections. I loved all the skillshares, roundtables and masterminds to help you become your best self both personally and professionally. Javea and the surrounding area are absolutely gorgeous! I loved being able to run down to the port to catch sunrise and then go for a swim followed by a nice cup of coffee at cozy little cafe. I will definitely be back because this community is incredibly special.

I made a booking to stay with Sun and Co for three weeks in June 2023, and had to move my booking to September 2023. I had to cancel that eventually too. I really was looking forward to staying with them, but life happens and I was so happy with how easy it was to communicate with the team. Iva was easily reachable via whatsapp, super responsive, and helped move my booking, and eventually cancel it altogether. The refund reached my account within a couple of days' time. Plus points for the ease of communication that did not need a phone call. I will be making plans to stay with Sun and Co sometime in the future when life feels a bit more stable, but I have to commend their excellent customer service. Hope to stay with you in 2024!

Absolut grandiose Zeit dort verbracht. Das Konzept hat mich sehr begeistert, weil es sich um ein wirkliches (!) Coliving handelt und jede Woche sowohl Professional als auch Social Events mit allen zusammen am Montag Abend für die ganze Woche geplant werden. Die Hosts Iva, Fer und Mathilde sind super nett, hilfsbereit und gestalten die Ankunft sehr welcoming mit einem Geschenk, einer handgeschriebenen Karte und einer Führung durchs Haus! Der Mindestaufenthalt ist 10 Tage, daher gab es in meiner Zeit doch auch immer mal wechsle, aber alle Co-livers waren sehr umgänglich und das gruppengefühl war schnell da. Das 3 min fussläufige Coworking außerhalb des Hauses hat mir gut gefallen, mit 2 Telefon booths. Das einzige Manko, wo ich sagen würde das könnte man überdenken sind die Raumaufteilungen. Dadurch dass es im Sommer ein Hostel ist gibt es Stockbetten (sehr bequem). In einem Einzelzimmer werden diese zum Doppelbett zusammengeschoben, was ich für das preis-comfort-Verhältnis etwas ungeschickt finde. Ansonsten ist das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung und die Küche mega gut, es gibt sogar Tupperware 😊 ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und vermisse es und die Leute schon! See you soon xx

Amazing experience and community! Focused on business and personal development, it's a great atmosphere to connect with other nomads and get inspired. The house is nice, perfectly located in the old town and the hosts help to facilitate different activities during the week. Sun and Co was my first coliving & coworking experience and was definitely worth it. The house is very clean and nice looking, combining modernity with classical Spanish style. House hosts are very friendly, helpful and they often join group activities in the house. There were enough places for working, however if someone needs to make calls frequently, that can become a problem, especially if more people living in the same room are in the same situation, because the number of call booths in the coworking space is limited. Freetime activities with random people from all around the world are the best part of the experience, ended up doing full moon hike, barbecue party for dinner, beach volleyball, group "slow living" therapy on the hill and one night drinking wine with others we bought flight tickets to Ibiza spontaneously and went clubbing together😁 I definitely recommend this experience to everyone who can work remotely or even as a holiday accomodation.

I love Sun and Co.! I went to their first month-long pop-up in the Basque Country and then straight to their main house in Javea, and I loved both. The pop-up was such an incredible experience, and the house in Javea (which is such a cute town!) is amazing too. The co-working space they have just down the street from the house is nice and spacious, and perfect for getting work done. The way they organise the week with family meetings, professional events, and social events works really well – these guys know what they're doing. The hosts are all so nice, and I've learnt so much from all the wonderful people I've met here. Very nice coliving! The team is so amazing! Thanks to the way the coliving is organized (many skillshares, masterminds, round tables, talks...), it's very easy to connect quite deeply with people. I really liked that! There are two bicycles available for you to wander around, which is a big plus. I would highly recommend! Creo que es una sitio para tener una experiencia de COLIVING de nota alta/muy alta. Tanto por las instalaciones (tanto para pernoctar, como las zonas de convivencias, promueven, eso, la convivencia). Las zonas de trabajo, son suficientes y agradables, además complementadas con un local de coworking que han abierto recientemente a 500 metros, proporcionan un entorno laboral adecuado. Quizás algún espacio individual más de tipo cabina, podría ser conveniente, pero bueno, dado que es un coliving pasajero, una alta privacidad no es el mayor de los requisitos. Luego, el equipo de Sun & Co lidera actividades comunes, lo que hace que, si ya en la propia convivencia normal ya puede generar ese contacto humano, pues se facilita todavía más. El rollo que promueven de convivencia "comunitaria", es, creo positivo y característico en general. Hay alternativas de ocio, y no solo de ocio, que hace que prácticamente siempre haya ciertos planes. (piraguismo, hiking, yoga, ..) La zona del hosting está llena de servicios, y tiene cierto encanto el centro de Javea, está algo distante de la playa, (quizás 15 minutos andando) pero es algo poco significativo. El clima es mediterraneo muy bueno. Los co-livers, parecen ser en su mayoría no españoles (yo soy español), pero eso no es un problema siempre y cuando tengas un conocimiento de inglés medio-alto para sacar provecho a la convivencia. El clima humano en general que se genera creo que puede ser bastante positivo. En mi caso, tengo 46 años, y creí ser un poco talludito (la gente creo que tiende a estar más en los 30 y pico), pero no me senti fuera lugar, casi :)en ningún momento. Por otra parte, tu puedes hacer tu vida individual, y hacer la vida comunitaria que creas conveniente. No se me ocurre un sitio mejor para un co-living, la verdad. Aunque bueno, al final el co-living eres tú y tus circunstancias (tus co-livers), creo que las condiciones del co-living son importantes, y este lo es para una experiencia de co-living gratificante. Por otra parte, se nota que los hots son muy profesionales y lo saben llevar bien. Alguna cosa, siempre se puede mejorar de cómo enfocar ciertas cosas, pero bueno, son opiniones personales, el coliving no es mío :), es un negocio y por mi parte se llevan una nota alta/muy alta. Muy recomendable según tus circunstancias personales, claro. P.D Yo estuve una semana, creo que si puedes estar 2 semanas en lugar de una, mejor, si quieres que tu relación sea más rica con tus compañeros. Intenta ir a un coliving a aportar, a ser tu mismo, y a respetar a los demás. Creo que recibirás en general lo mismo. Suerte en tu experiencia y que conozcas a colivers con los que disfrutes y aprendas para cuando vuelvas a tu hogar!

The team of Sun and Co is amazing ! Everyone was very kind and trying to help as much as possible. The Rooms facing to the backside are very quiet. The kitchen facilities are very good, there is enough space for everyone during cooking and the supply. I liked the quiet little town and liked to take the bikes ( that are free to use) to go to the beach. Just one star is missing as I found it not too easy to find a quiet space to work with some more sunlight in the building. But maybe this has changed already by now, as there had been plans for a new additional space for long term workers. Everyone was super motivated when I was there in Februar 2022 and I worked more than I actually wanted to ;) To everybody who likes skill exchanges but still as well some relaxed group experience I can recommend to visit Sun and Co. TNX to Iva, Jon and Fer !!!

I spent four awesome weeks at Sun & Co and enjoyed every single day of it. The house is super modern and beautifully decorated and makes you feel home immediately. The rooms are super spacious and the beds are really comfy - I slept like a baby from the first night on. The working environment is also great and if you really need to concentrate there is even a focus area. But the best part about Sun & Co are the people and the experiences. Everyone was super friendly and after a couple of days you already feel like having lots of new friends. I absolutely loved my time at Sun & Co! It was my first time there, and I initially just booked a one-week stay. I ended up extending it to two weeks, and honestly would've stayed longer if I could have! The space is so beautiful - clean, modern and set up perfectly. It's located right in the old town, but within walking distance to the beach, and lots of great coastal hikes. (I had no idea Javea was so beautiful before visiting!) But, what really makes Sun & Co. stand out is the team they have there. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and are incredible at creating a sense of community among the group. All of them are so warm, kind-hearted, and genuinely excited to make your experience memorable and productive. I was able to really focus on work, all while building great friendships along the way. If you are looking to work in a beautiful small town in the south of Spain - THIS IS YOUR SPOT. This coliving community is run by amazing people who make sure there is stable internet, clean workspaces. There is also a large, communal, clean kitchen with individual shelves in multiple fridges + shelf to make it easy for you to cook. Nearby there are hikes with stunning views of the sea. There is optional skillshares, social events and masterminds during the day that you can choose to help leads/facilitate or join the conversation. I was unfamiliar with the concept of coworking/coliving before I was invited by a Sun and Co. alum to come visit while working remotely for two weeks. It opened my eyes to a new kind of working experience for anyone with the ability to work for even a few weeks remotely. Sun and Co. not only had plentiful clean and quiet work spaces, but also surprised me with the abundant opportunities it provided for guests to learn new things, solve problems in their work, and feel part of a warm community of other intelligent and skilled professionals. I felt very grateful for the chance to spend some time in this beautiful corner of the world and to have met all of the people who made my first coliving/coworking experience magical. A little bit delayed but I kept meaning to write a rave review for Sun & Co. so here it is:) I spent 10 days or so in Sun & Co. Javea in October 2017 during their two year reunion. Out of my 6 weeks travelling around Spain it was one of my favourite experiences. Not only was the price unbeatable, the space is warm, conductive to getting work done, and is clean. In addition to learning a lot, meeting interesting people, having great conversations, eating delicious food, we also took part in amazing local activities. From snorkelling in the Mediterranean to eating paella in a fisherman's hut, it was all unforgettable. One of my favourite days was when a small group of us went surfing (in a rainstorm) with Jon. Definitely plan on returning one day!! Can't recommend this spot enough!

I've stayed at over 10 coliving places around the globe and can say, without a doubt, that Sun & Co is my favorite. I almost don't want to write this review so I can keep it a secret (but I promised m'boy Jon I would!) The town of Javea itself is very special....its a quiet, relaxed place that is developing a very cool community. There is not a huge party scene at all, its more of a laid back Mediterranean coastal city. The main reason to go there (in my opinion) is Sun & Co. It seems to attract a very open-minded type of traveler who is into good conversation and learning about others. The workers there (Jon & Sienna) are obviously very invested in making the guests feel welcome and they organize a ton of events. Its very apparent that they love the coliving space and want to see it grow, and that is a big reason why Sun & Co has such a vibrant community. The actual location is very clean and spacious too. All in all, if you're looking to be part of an open-minded community and want to experience living in a small town in Spain, this is a fantastic place to be.

I had been advised many times to stay at sun and Co, and just needed to spend time there and understand what was really happening. It's hard to describe the experience in a few words, but it's all about community, interesting skill sharing, very useful masterminds, inspirational discussions, etc. If you need to get work done but also want to learn new things, get new ideas, new opportunities, widen your mind, challenge yourself or get more motivation, that's definitely where you need to go. El edificio está preparado perfectamente para poderte relacionar con la otra gente que está en la casa y a la vez para poderte concentrar si es lo que uno necesita para poder trabajar. Mención especial a la zona de patio + cocina, es como un osasis dónde poder compartir cosas con la otra gente que está allí. Great co-working/co-living space! I love it! It is in the center of old town, which makes it very pleasant and quiet environment. At the same time, you can find lots of nice tapas around, great coffee shops and the best best best - bakery (just 1 min walk from home). People at Sun and Co. are great. You can find there anyone and talk about business ideas, spirituality, movies, great food and other stuff. And Mr Jon - a very good host and helpful person. I just really truly enjoyed my stay at Sun and Co. and I would recommend to visit this place at least once.

I came to sun and co only expecting to stay a month.. it turned into 3 months! I've stayed at other coliving/coworking places and this one is my favorite. Plenty of activities yet plenty of space to get alone time. I could walk 15min to the beach everyday which I loved. The town is so cute and easy to find your favorite spots. There are lots of great spaces to work in around the house. Beds are super comfy. And it attracts really amazing people from all over working on all kinds of amazing projects. It's easy to find friends and family here.

Great place to meet digital nomads and travellers from all over the world. The guys at Sun & Co. have created a warm community that stretches past the physical space in Javea. I was there for only a week, but it was enough time for me to fall in love with the place, the people, and the town! The house - a perfect mix between historical and modern - has everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a perfect work-relaxation balance. The members of the staff make you feel a part of the family since day one. And the location is perfect if you enjoy taking a break close to crystal-clear waters! Will definitely come back!

It's a lovely renovated historical home with great work spaces. The location in town is nice--keeps the distraction of the beach far enough away to keep you on task but close enough to offer a break when you want it. The coliving community is also welcoming and inclusive. Good place to live and work in Spain. Easy to get to on the bus from Valencia or Alicante.
