I spent a great month in iSlow this September. It was like on a rural retreat / holidays at granny's. The house is beautiful, spacious and new: beds are comfy, shower is powerful and hot, kitchen has all the amenities you can imagine, fitness stuff, Netflix,.... During my stay iSlow also hosted entrepreneurs who came for workshops from different countries and Galician neighbourhoods which made the atmosphere super creative and inspiring. The business is run by a couple who showed up daily and truly made me feel as a part of their family. They cared about a good balance between privacy and social activities. The area is kinda remote from civilisation but its worth the time spent on getting there! 15 min walk to a supermarket, waves, viewpoints. If you have an option to take a car - go for it, you really need it to see the region or get to the surf spots or bigger cities.
