We rented this apartment for 2 nights in November 2025, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we spent around 40 minutes trying to figure out the locks. It was unclear which apartment we were supposed to enter, and we had to call the administrator about 5–6 times because we hadn’t received proper instructions. After we finally managed to get inside (about 30 minutes after check-in started), the apartment was not cleaned. There were leftovers from previous guests. About 10 minutes later, a cleaner rushed in and cleaned everything in just 15 minutes, which did not feel thorough. During our stay, we faced even more issues. The heating was very weak, and it was constantly cold. The sofa had stains, and the bed only had a thin blanket for two people. There was no hairdryer, so we had to dry our hair using the radiator. Some of the glasses were chipped, there was dirty water left in the kitchenware, and overall the apartment did not feel clean. I would not recommend staying here. We did not enjoy our experience at all.
